One of the worst liquor store as the customer service provided is unacceptable and inhuman. The old male staff on the counter is especially very rude to customers and he frequently happens to show unjustifiable anger to the customers.

It appears that the proprietor of this establishment, who seems to be of South Asian origin, lacks even the most basic understanding of professional communication and customer service. Great local bottleshop! The staff at Cellarbrations Bentley are always friendly and helpful, and they really know their products. The store is well stocked with a good range of wines, beers, and spirits at reasonable prices. It’s easy to pop in and grab what I need, and I’ve found some really good specials here too. Definitely my go-to spot in the area!

Both great bottle shops owners. Highly recommend. They have alot of different stock. They are friendly even though some have said they male is not. He is sound. He had given me free products like a hat and cool cooler. They must have a lot of not so nice customers so hence why he looks stern but in fact he's a very nice man.
