One of the worst liquor store as the customer service provided is unacceptable and inhuman. The old male staff on the counter is especially very rude to customers and he frequently happens to show unjustifiable anger to the customers.
It appears that the proprietor of this establishment, who seems to be of South Asian origin, lacks even the most basic understanding of professional communication and customer service. His manner of speaking is abrasive, unwelcoming, and often unnecessarily confrontational, leaving customers feeling as though they are entering into an argument rather than a place of business.
