Hi, I came to collect an Uber Eats order from your store, but your staff gave me the wrong items. When I arrived at the customer's address, the customer told me they had ordered two items, but I had only been given one. I returned to the store, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, your staff told me that I should have checked the order myself. Visited Friday morning and had such a great experience. The guy at the store was incredibly friendly and really knew his stuff. I asked for a wine recommendation, and he absolutely nailed it. I had it last night and it was so good. Five stars just for his service alone. Definitely worth supporting local businesses like this!
