HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I went into this bottle shop and asked if I could do a cash out. I was told there is a strict “one transaction per day” policy and I was asked for the last four digits of my card, which I had no issue with. We bought a box of beer last night (stone hood), and then we drank couple in the evening feeling its sealed and its good to drink, but today when we see it in daylight, there was a thick layer of something at the bottom of the bottle, clearly visible moving particles, and then we went to the shop and said to the staff, and he got angry at us and ask us to leave saying its nothing and even saying maybe we have done something. Clearly they it’s not okay to drink. Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. They sold the box of beer with mould inside and denied to replace or refund with a mannerless behaviour. The guy at the counter is very rude and aggressive who doesn’t have any sense of customer service.
The store looks like it’s empty. When we approached the windows to have a look inside we thought it was closed. A guy coming from the street approached the front door at the same time and was extremely rude, telling us to go in. When I told him it looks closed he aggressively told me it’s not and pushed the doors open and went inside, slamming the door behind him. We left straight away. Wow!
Inept doesn’t even begin to describe the staff here. Went to get cash out here and the staff member pressed cancel on the till at the exact moment my payment went through. This means it didn’t register on his till so he refused to give me my money even though I repeatedly showed him on my bank app that the payment went through (not pending… I was directly and instantaneously charged $200 by the store but the bloke refused to give me my money).
