Absolutely horrible. They ruined a perfectly good phone by putting in a battery. When I returned it the next day, they (Rose) at the Snellville store said there was nothing they did wrong, even though I had no problems before except a battery that was not holding a charge as well as it use to. They would not even give me a refund even though I was told when I took it in that they would take care of me.
