Three screen repairs. Three failures. And every time, Mr. Smug-in-the-Hat blamed me. Real technicians confirmed they used cheap parts and did terrible work. Funny thing – I go to same university and recognize an employee who definitely shouldn’t be working here. Sketchy businesses like this hurt honest shops that follow the rules and hire properly. I reported everything to the right people. Take your money somewhere legit – your phone (and conscience) will thank you.
