I got my phone serviced by the upstairs location in the food court three times in two weeks. After the third time I asked for a discount or free service due to the fact that what I originally needed fixed is not what brought me back. I was told that they would not fix it for free nor would anyone else because my lcd was damaged and it would be a loss for his company. Trash customer service wrote a bad review because we own a business in the same field and we refused to service them. Doesn't matter if you're willing to pay full price. Just like how you have the right to refuse service to some of your customers, we have the right to refuse service to you. 3.9 stars - 11 reviews, trash rating - trash mindset.
