I just want to shoutout Kaylee. Her customer service skills alone, made my walmart trip worth it. She took her time troubleshooting my phone issue which would have costed me hundreds of dollars and 3 days, instead I saved money and time. I'm so grateful because I didn't realize how heavily I rely on my phone and I had it back in 15 minutes.
I went to this location by chance out of desperation to get my work phone back up and running (IPhone SE). The charge port would recognize the cable but was not actually getting the charge. The technician here is awesome and cleaned the charging port for free and got my phone back up and running in no time at all. Really grateful, my phone is essential in my work in underground utility.
