2nd visit to the kiosk. While the 1st time I went was a great experience, the last visit was a complete botch job. I waited several weeks before updating this review to give my last repair time to "settle" in hopes it'd get better... it didn't. Brought in a Google Pixel that the screen has shattered. They didn't have the screen on hand, had to go back - 2 visits. The best place to get your phone repaired in Bellingham, full stop. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and can fix your phone in minutes, not weeks. I have had my screen repaired, charing port fixed, and battery replaced and each time it was so much faster than heading to the Verizon store. I highly recommend getting your phone fixed here! 100%!
The best place to get your phone fixed in Bellingham, period! The team at this location has fixed my phone multiple times. Screens, charging ports, batteries, they can do it all. It is so much more efficient than sending it in via Verizon. Instead of it taking weeks it only takes an hour or so. As a business this up time is crucial and this location delivers!
My cellphone after just recent use the night before turned up DOA the following AM..Used my charger to no luck. Took it to Cellairis in Bellis Fair Mall where the owner.using his diagnostic equipment restored life to my phone @ no charge ,where upon I purchased a new charger & cord to avoid future problems!
