Phone case magnets came out of the sticker cover on the inside of my phone case. Only had this case since April and in August this happened. Now in November, the phone case area of the magnets is cracking. Will be going in person to see if they’ll replace the phone case or give me a partial refund. Update 11/10/2025: They were only going to offer a $9 discount off of another phone case. And they said “we don’t guarantee the longevity of the phone case”. Five Stars - 10 if I could!! I took my Samsung phone for an emergency battery replacement, since the original had swelled up. I was worried about losing some sentimental photos, but Greg assured me that he'd get my phone back up and running. He was able to quickly replace the battery, and now my phone is like brand new again. Thanks, Greg!!
Changing my review from 5 to 2 stars after a recent experience I had. I showed up with an iPhone that was turning off every 3 minutes. Upon telling the staff about this they confidently asserted that it simply needed a new battery, and assured me that it would add another couple of years to my phone's lifespan. With that in mind I decided to go ahead with the repair. When the repair was over, they told me that the issue was fixed, and I took their word for it rather than checking for myself. So I ran all over town trying to get my iPhone 14 fixed. Everyone was turning me away, I was even recommended to go to CityMac. The guy there looked at my phone, plugged it in and said yea we can’t fix that, your gonna need to go somewhere else… no diagnosis or let me try this, just “bye” then I came to the mall and saw Cellairis.
