I recently had a gel screen saver for my iphone installed and after a week or so it had started to bubble in one corner. Took it back, and the owner replaced it immediately for free, asking if I wanted another gel one or wanted to try one made of tempered glass instead. There was no push back, his direct response was that his primary concern was to make sure his customers were always happy.
