I've never been to their store, but I ordered online from them through Best Buy and they were prompt in shipping, good quality refurbished phone, and told me they appreciated my business. Very good business!
Took my older iphone 5 in to get the speaker replaced as it recently blew out. Was done in under an hour, very affordable, and he even showed me the old speaker and pictures from inside my phone showing some minor water damage in the same area as the speaker (likely the cause for the speaker getting a little distorted and eventually shorting). Cleaned out the speaker holes too and checked for common software/other related causes first too. A++ Would recommend!
