The repair tech (Isaac) came and met me and a convenient location and was able to fix the crack screen on my iPhone cheaper and faster than what they quoted me. Whole process was half an hour MAX and 20 bucks cheaper than what I thought it would be.

First time using a zif repair tech to replace a cracked screen. Isaac was professional and courteous from initial call and appointment setup to installation of the new screen. Highly recommend and more convenient than driving to the Apple store.
Obviously needed a repair. The folks at Zif ordered the parts, texted with tracking, confirmed the appointment- all the things that should happen but all too often they don’t. Then, Isaac showed up to do the repair. Basically, he’s a magic worker! The outstanding customer service continued, strong communication, highest quality service and care with the repair. I couldn’t be happier! Not that I want my phone to break but I know who I’m requesting if it does. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
