They sell fake knock off galaxy buds from China. It was confirmed by Samsung when they trued everything to help me connect them to my phone. The buds and pods they sell are compatible with any US phone. The guy was very rude. I guess he was mad because I returned their fake version of samsung buds2 pro. Samsung spent 2hrs with remote access to my phone trying to pair the buds but they almost put a virus on my phone. I simply told him what Samsung said and he became agitated.
