Initially had really liked this place but then had a bit of a frustrating experience with a screen that wasn't functioning properly. Fortunately I spoke with the owner who made things right and was very polite, and friendly despite me feeling quite unhappy with the situation. It was handled professionally and fairly. Thanks for the understanding and helping rectify the situation Al.
I came here to get my phone fixed and the staff were both knowledgeable and displayed great customer service skills. They explained what may have been occurring with my cell phone and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family who need their mobile device fixed :)
