very bad expierence. my ps5 was overheating in 20 minutes and i brought it here and i gave them A MONTH to fix it and he said he had gotten it done in about 2 weeks but i couldnt get to clarkville for another 2 weeks and when i got there i paid and brought it home and next thing you know, in 20 minutes it overheated. also he rarely answers the phone so i wouldnt try calling more than once. also pretty expensive.
I went there with the intention of getting my charging port fixed/replaced and a new battery put in my 2.5 year old phone. The gentleman/shop owner Delton helped me. Using a tiny camera, he showed me all the gunk in my charging port so he removed it all and everything worked flawlessly after that. I told him I can hold off on the battery replacement and he didn't push sales or anything. I asked him how much for the quick 5 minute repair and he said it was free.
