I called to ask for a price on a repair for my phone, the guy said he'd call me back in five minutes. I never heard back from him again and that was two days. I definitely would not give this place my business.

I referred a friend here and she didn't like the service . Says the person was dry about questions she had . Maybe it was the customer service or the way the phone came out idk. My phone came out good but days later my buttons fell out .

This spot came in clutch. Ray is the man! Screen on my phone was replaced quickly and for a great price but like anything you spend money on, you can’t beat great customer service.

This place is not open 24hrs. Call several times about getting my phone fixed. Was responded with only phone deals through text. No hi this (blank) how can we help or assist you. They stated they go walk ins, I came no one answered the door. Was waiting for 15mins before leaving. I understand is early mornings but is your not doing properly customer service as 24hr repair shop. If your ring bell isn't work then get it fixed lose plenty of service with false advertisements of 24hr
