They had my ps4 for over a week to fix. They start with we normally charge a diagnostic fee but we are not charging you. Then they tell me that the power dosent work and there is no sound. None of which is the problem. So they never looked at it. He then proceeded to tell me that he is not lying. And became very aggressive with me. Definitely do not go here..
