RecommendedMy phone was not working and Boost Mobile told me to go to Cell Pgone Paradise. I had never been there & had not heard of it. Herman helped me throughout the almost 2 hour ordeal on the phone with LG. I was going to have to send my phone to LG. it might be three weeks before I would have it back.
