Great service! Saved my phone!! Was super clear and informative.
Had water damage on my phone and thought it was done for. Took it to Cell Medix and they fixed it fast and honestly, it works better than it did before. They went above and beyond with no runaround. Did not charge me an arm and a leg very reasonable priced. Good, honest, reliable people. Hard to find people like that anymore. Highly recommend!
Worst customer service ever. This place gave scam vibes from the start. I went to pick up my phone and was told they only accept cash only — first red flag because that was never mentioned beforehand. Then I got my phone back and the quality of the screen on my iPhone was terrible. It looked like a cheap prepaid Android screen. After I complained, the owner said they have a “cheap screen” and a “high-quality screen” with a $175 difference, but nobody explained any of that before the repair.
