My husband went to this place last weekend, wanted his camera screen fixed. The employee took off my husbands cellphone case and cracked it. He asked "oh was it like this before!" There was no offer to replace it, or apology. Very disappointed that his possessions were not in good care while the employee was handling the phone.
Had very good service here. Yuvraj come out to help right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He resolved issue right away. Thank you for such excellent service!

The REAL problem I had was that the tech that took my phone & told me to return in around 2 hours then went home for the day without finishing my phone and DIDN'T even tell the next tech coming in that my phone was there . This IS NOT a professional way of doing things and calls their Quality Control into question, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you can, bring a spare/old phone and swap out the SIM card so they can call you, or you can call them to get the status of the work.
