I had an emergency situation trying to regain access to a severely water damaged phone ( screen completely black not functioning whatsoever) in order to obtain AppleID information so that I could log in on new phone . When I tell you Mike went above and beyond to help me I mean it. He was a God sent in that moment . He came highly recommended by Xfinity store and when I got there I could see why.
