I bought a laptop from them almost a year back, then took it to repair when it suddenly shut off without any damage being done but they took almost 2 to 3 weeks to get my laptop back and want me to pay them more . They want fees for telling me reason what wrong with laptop after I paid them for opening it Js to find out later on with another repair shop that it was problem with motherboard and it totally bad motherboard it was used for that laptop.
Very bad experience. I gave them my iPad for repair, and after they opened it and kept it for several days, they returned it saying they couldn’t fix it. Another repair shop found missing screws and a damaged/cut digitizer cable. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop.
Drove 1 hour to the store , guy had the phone in hand He said I need to confirm with my boss before I sell it . - at asking price I was offering the asking price and he still said the boss said not to sell it Don’t waste your time , because I already wasted with these guys Total scammers
Went into this store last night right before closing time. They worked on my phone immediately and ended up fixing my screen issue for me. I am very grateful to Abraham and the other gentlemen who used their fancy software for me. You guys were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend. Thanks again
The worst and most disgusting service I ever seen In my life . I submitted my laptop for some minor problem and it took 2 days and they were telling the laptop is going to fix soon but at the end They dint fix the laptop and even I was waited for 1 day just to get my laptop back ! So Don’t waste ur time and energy here , it’s disgusting …
