They charge me 400 bucks for a china made screen which got damage before 24 hours after the installation and ask me again pay for screen replacement after waste my 5 days for my data transfer and charge another 25 bucks
I was charged $400 for a China-made screen replacement, which became defective less than 24 hours after installation. Despite the immediate issue, I was asked to pay again for a screen replacement. Additionally, I lost five days waiting for data transfer, and was charged another $25 for that service. I find this experience highly unsatisfactory.
Best customer service i am a regular customer whenever I have any problems with my phones they fix it by the same day.
