Had a new iPhone screen costing £70 and it’s caused faults on the phone and error message saying the product is fake. Now they want extra money because the cheap screen they’ve used isn’t working properly and they say to fix it with a proper screen is £200. This was not explained to me when they let me pay £70 for the screen when I thought I was paying £70 for a genuine part. Very disappointing
