Okay, these guys are awesome. They took my tablet to fix (on a Sunday, yay!) the charging port and then found something else wrong with it they're going to fix. And the best part? They're not charging me extra for the additional problem! I mean, where else can you find people like this--so dedicated, honorable, and honest? You will not be disappointed.
