They took the time to walk me through all my options instead of just pushing the most expensive choice, which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job at fixing my iPad! They replaced the screen, an internal part and bent the frame back into place as best as they could. The only thing I noticed was that there was some overflow of glue that hardened on the edge of the screen. Other than that issue, I’m pleased with the job they’ve done.
I am so impressed!! The screen on the phone I bought from Back Market (DON’T buy from BM!) was broken upon arrival, and I needed it fixed today, a Sunday, before work tomorrow. I called Cell ER and asked about pricing and how long it would take. Cell ER Took care of it within 20 minutes of my arrival, charged a reasonable price, and they have great customer service! This place is AMAZING!! Nestor and Samuel worked so quickly and precisely to fix my whole cracked back screen and camera AND front screen in under 3 hours. Absolutely incredible and so happy with this purchase.
Nestor was amazing! He was super attentive and took awesome care of us. The back of my phone was completely shattered and now it is like new. Super recommended!
