Took my phone to get the screen fixed, after it being broken for awhile. They fixed it within the same day but earpiece went out and I couldn't hear anything. They blamed it on me saying it was because the drop. My thing is IT WAS WORKING FOR MONTHS JUST FINE WITH THE CRACKED SCREEN!. They tried "another solution", but claim it was just my BAD LUCK and the phone can not be fixed. They refused to help me out and took my money.
