Two weeks ago I accidently dropped my Apple watch and it cracked my screen (badly). The watch was still usable, but severely cracked. I called T-Mobile to see if I had a warranty on it, I did not. I reached out to Apple to see how much THEY would charge and it was almost cheaper just to buy a new watch. The gentleman at Cell Doc assured me he could replace the glass/screen for $170.
