Excellent reliable service!!! My son’s phone stopped charging and we took it to the apple store thunking it was a software problem, apple’s “technician” told us we needed a new phone because the charging jack was broken. We went to Cell Doc, explained the problem and the rep cleaned a the charging port, turns out there was a tremendous amount of lint inside the charging port, the rep took the time to clean it real good and took all the lint out and the phone started charging again.
