went to get a new phone . really friendly knowledgable staff great service
Asked for a new battery for my iphone as it did not hold a charge well. The battery they put in is worse for holding the charge than the one that was in it before. They did not inform me that when changing the battery it would come up with the message "battery not recognised" and that the battery health status would no longer be there. Would have been helpful to know this beforehand and it appears that it was not a new battery that was used.

Great staff, very pleasant. I dropped in to have an iPhone 11 screen replaced. It was completed within the hour.. Trustworthy service and repaired to a high standard. Definitely will be back. Thanks 👍 😊
