Celink erroneously decided that the insurance had lapsed on my 94 yr old fathers property. There was NEVER any lapse in insurance and despite proof being submitted to them, continues now for 4 months to dock my father's reverse mortgage payment. They refuse direct contact and will not provide any relief. Be wary of them deciding to cut the payments of people who have lived longer than they expected to. How many other elderly people are they doing this to on a regular basis when the borrow er has no recourse?

be very careful ...unable to answer questions, add unnecessary insurance to the reverse mortgage and uncooperative when property is being sold.
