They won’t answer the phone, I need to check my order.
RUDE sales man. My daughter's sunglasses literally POPPED open WHILE wearing them in her second use. We went and asked if they make returns and his literal answer is if they broke after 14 days of buying them theres nothing we will do even if it was a flaw. He did t even aak to see the glasses or verify when they were bought. Example of failed customer service. *Update for now- returned to speak with the manager who was a lot more polite and at least will try to find a poasible solution.
Sort of a waste of money for what.
I had an outstanding experience at the Celine store, thanks to Haven. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process seamless. I was picking out a special gift for my wife, and Haven went above and beyond to help me find the perfect purse. The whole experience felt personal and thoughtful — and my wife absolutely loved the bag. Huge thanks to Haven and the Celine team for making it all happen!
