We own an event rental company out in McHenry Illinois we source pretty much all of our tents through this company never had a problem, their customer service is outstanding we love them
DO NOT buy from Celina. We own Indy Event Rentals and bought their tent jack about a month ago or so. Our experience with their tent jack has been beyond horrible. I bought a tent from them and it arrived pretty scratched up. Well packaged, so I am sure it was not the shipper. It seems like someone in the warehouse may have just figured they can send whatever.
BE AWARE OF THE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH SHIPPING CHARGES. It should be 0 stars, but you cannot post a review without leaving 1 star. I too was overcharged $120 for shipping 6 sets of globe lights (1 box arrived damaged and it has taken days to even get them to send out a replacement, they still have not sent it!) I have spoken to a manager who refuses to credit my card for the overcharge. She says, because I put in my credit card I agreed to pay the $179.99 and NO refund can be given.
