Erica is completely present with her clients and truly listens. When I had surgery, she helped me prepare with a wonderful visualization and meditation program that greatly reduced my anxiety, sped up my healing, and best of all, reduced the need for pain medication (as in, almost none!). Her massages are, indeed, "celestial" - you feel like you are floating on a cloud both during and after. I very highly recommend that you work with Erica if you are looking for a caring practitioner and a stress-reducing experience!
