They took advantage while I was grieving and needed an apostille for my mother’s remains and certified way too many papers that any other company would know do not need verification and failed to refund as they claimed they would. I find this extremely gross and inconsiderate especially since I came back to them and told people to use them. Not to mention never even sent a recipient and only responded when I said I’m disputing with my credit card. How unprofessional.
