My realtor introduced me to Ryan of celebreality home loan. The guy was fine for a week but later on multiple instances behaved very bad with me. He starts yelling over the call on asking questions. I think their team does not have good understanding of documents specially they are not able to ask what they are looking for in documents. Sent out tax forms with wrong social security numbers on them. Reached out to them inquiring about this and was told “yeah there was a corrupted file you’ll receive a new one” have yet to receive a new one.
Excellent compamny to work with. Made the home buying experience very easy
Won't answer the phones. Called, left two voicemails, all calls go straight to voicemail.
