Unethical business practices & dishonest employees – I don't know where to start. My husband and I are from Hawaii, but decided to have our wedding in Las Vegas. We had about 120 people flying & driving in from all over the country. We opted for a shuttle to get our guests to and from the ceremony/reception considering it was about 30 minutes from the strip. Best of the Best, overall! – The driver was really on time and help us load some additional items aboard the coach. The driver and the coach was neat and everything worked that we had asked for. The DVD player and sound was fantastic and the lighting was definatly a WOW FACTOR. We ran out of ice and at one of our stops, when we got back, the driver had restocked everything. cleaned up our mess, and welcomed us all back with a big smile! Just Awful – We hired a 20-person shuttle to make a couple of trips to/from our wedding and the Strip. During the first trip, the shuttle apparently broke down although we weren't informed about it until the shuttle failed to show up on time for the second run. Multiple promises of "just five minutes," "just ten minutes," "just twenty minutes" were all lies. THEY RUINED MY KIDS PROM! – This company should be avoided at all cost. The driver stunk of cigarettes, barley spoke english, was late picking up, and got lost on the way to my kids school prom. What a nightmare! My son called me from his cell phone to tell me what was going on. I immediately called their office, to be placed on hold for 5 minutes.
