Update: Initially, I was hopeful my report to the Department of Social Services would be sufficient, but unfortunately, the “investigation” let me down. I reported Celebree School of Henrico for the following violations: Special Care Provisions, Emergencies, and Staffing and Supervision. On August 18, 2025, I received the daily report for my daughter, who was exclusively breastfed, which reported she was offered and took 4oz of formula. Celebree has been amazing my two boys have attended for almost a year , and I must say his teachers have been amazing . My son loves Ms. Swaroop , Ms. Shanelle and Ms. Stephanie so much the experience have been great I never have to worry as a busy parent , constantly working , I can’t be comforted in knowing I can work with a peace of mind that they are cared for , and learning . First off, I want to say I am a 25-year-old mother and educator, and I am disappointed in how my experience here was. I can walk in integrity and say that I made a mistake by bringing my 9-month-old here. I went back and forth on whether I was going to leave a comment or not. But if you’re vulnerable and looking for a place, I would say this should not be your first pick. When I first went in, I was pleased on the outside and the inside of the establishment. Celebree is oneof the best and warm institutions. Our son is enrolled at Celebree and he really enjoys everyday at school. The teachers and staff are all very welcoming and warm

Now I won’t be entered to win a TV for writing this review, but I hope sharing our personal experience with Celebree School of Henrico will protect other families, which is even better. On paper and even during the tour, Celebree seemed great. Their promise to protect, educate, and nurture seemed, well, promising. Dropping our daughter off on her first day, we were comforted by knowing that we would receive updates throughout the day. Instead, we received a daily report after she was picked up.
