Let me just start this review by saying I transferred my son to Celebree because of the great things I’ve heard about the childcare within the company itself. However, since my sons FIRST DAY! I knew I would not be satisfied with him having long-term care there. In the last 4 weeks this specific facility has caused a tremendous amount of stress, discomfort and anxiety to both me and my child. I do not have anything great to say about a school this cold and unfriendly. Regret coming for the tour.
My child loves her teachers and feels comfortable in thr classroom. The instruction is creative and engages the children. As a first time parent with a toddler, I appreciate the daily reports via the Tadpoles app. The pics and report helps me feel at ease with her learning and safety. The family inclusive events they host also help with feeling connected to the school. I can tell most of the employees care about the work they do.
This facility does have caring teachers, and I want to start by saying it really saddens me to write a poor review (as I don’t write reviews much because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt), but our family was left with no choice: Incident 1: On September 10, 2024 it was Pizza day at the school. My son has a dairy allergy so he should not eat pizza. Him eating pizza was the last of my concern because we send him to school with his own lunch.
