Today was the best experience I had trying on sweet 16 dresses with my daughter , they made the experience very enchanting!
Terrible customer service. I bought a 15 dress. First, when my husband went to pick up the dress they gave him the wrong dress. My goddaughter had a photo session, therefore needed it ASAP. I'll give credit to them for them switching the dress but still shouldn't had happen. Also, I ordered a specific necklace 1 month in advanced and when I went to pick it up the owner said they did not have it because the necklace is only available for next season. They had a month to call to notify me and never did. Overall, too many mista... read more
Terrible customer service.. Seemed like they were bothered by wanting to try on dresses.. we made an appointment and only could try on two dresses .. just horrible !!
