I requested a tour a few days ago and was invited to the facility. At first glance, disgusting. The entrance was dirty and uninviting. Carpet stained. Front desk worker was off putting, seemed liked I was bothering her and she had to get up. Then I met with Jessica. She seemed nice at first but then it was apparent she wasn’t truthful. Staffing appeared less than adequate and quality of care did not appear like it was going to meet my expectations. This personal Care home is awful I took my parents out would not recommend They are short on staff and did not give my dad the care he needed he got infection because they were not keeping him clean
I cannot say enough good things about this place!! My mom was in another facility (see my other reviews) which was dangerous for her well being. We moved her here after she got out of rehab (from a fall at the other facility) and we could not be more pleased! Thank you Celebration Villa of Dillsburg Family! From my first phone call, to just enquire about the facility, to moving my mom in as a resident, we have been treated like family. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and well staffed. I am very grateful my mom can call this place home, and we now have extended family.
