I typically have a good experience with this place. This is the first time I have rented a tuxe outside of a school event. I scheduled an appointment, sent the guy exactly what I was looking for, he then asked me when was the soonest I could get in, so I gave him multiple dates that I could come. I have now been ghosted and cannot seem to get a response any longer. I am also presumably blocked, as none of my messages will go through any more.
Isabella was awesome! We got there last minute,she listened to what I needed (suit,shirt, vest, tie and shoes). She took my measurements and got my order placed. Everything came in as promised and on schedule. I tried it all on and she took note of any adjustments needed and when I came to pick it up not only did it fit perfect but she had gotten in a different shirt and vest for me to try. These people were great! Everything turned out perfectly. They were so professional and made us feel so comfortable. Everything was easy, ready and timely. My was a great lady! Would definitely shop here again and will recommend to anyone!
