We were really excited about using celebrate tuxedo but we received misinformation on the suits. They did try to fix the issue but the disappointment from misinformation had already left a bad taste in our mouth. why we understand that some tuxedos are for purchase and some for rent. Worst experience with a tuxedo place. Do not let the reviews fool you as they did me. I posted before but it was taken down. I assume that is what they do with all the negative reviews. Basically, this place was incompetent and highly lacked communication. Stressed this bride out week of my wedding, still didn’t have my husband or our son’s suits on that Monday. Crysta was the most helpful person ever. I gave her a 2 day notice that I needed a tuxedo and she simply made it happen. When the tuxedo didn’t fit right initially, she found a solution! This is some of the best customer service I have ever had!
Our son is a student and was in need of purchasing a tux for upcoming choral performances. We do not live in Columbus and happened upon Celebrate Tuxedos on a visit there. The manager Tiffany and the staff are so kind and friendly and went above and beyond in their efforts and delivered a perfectly fitting tux exactly as promised! We cannot say enough good things about the excellent customer service at Celebrate Tuxedos and highly recommend them!!
