While I had never been to a three hour yoga retreat, I thought, why not? I knew I needed to reset my mind, my body and maybe even my soul. I am so grateful I signed up. For three hours I prioritized myself. I stretched, I laughed, I reflected, I met some new people and most importantly, I put my stresses down and spent time accepting and loving myself. Such a gift! Thank you Julie! It has been two weeks and I still am reaping the benefits.

I decided to join my sister on a retreat with Stretch your Spirit. So. glad I did! Though I din't know the other participants beforehand, the connection was immediate. Julie facilitates a deep appreciation for shared life stories. It was quite the transition back to real life! Not easy to let go after spending a week with such positive energy and support and laughter. Thank you for creating the space. AND the food, accommodations and details were exceptional.

It is difficult to put into words how this retreat went above and beyond my expectations. First of all Julie is amazing along with her staff. Our accommodations were pristine and unusual, the food delicious, the Thatch Caye staff accommodating beyond belief and I met the most loving and fascinating women who I will never forget and hope to see again. It was a vacation and informative retreat that I didn’t want to come to an end.Thank you Julie.
