0/10 customer service. It's 2026, and your AI customer support cannot solve any problems faced by consumers. It could only handle basic command like check billing. Like for real which intern design this. A fastfood chatbot could reply better and in my opinion, a dispute form should be available on your website for consumers instead of having to be filled out at your center.
Extremely disappointed with DIGI’s service. I’ve been a loyal DIGI customer for many years, but the way I was treated recently was extremely frustrating. When I first signed up at the Kepong DIGI Centre, the salesperson told me there was no contract. Later, I found out there actually was a contract when I checked at Batu Caves.
