I went there for the tap it kiosk. Very good and easy to use. I left within 15 minutes and no car park charges.
I honestly don’t understand why service providers like Celcom, Unifi, and others make terminating a service so difficult. Why can’t they process the termination when you submit the request? Instead, they require additional calls or WhatsApp confirmations, which just feels unnecessary. If someone has already taken the time to go to a service centre or submit a termination request, they’re clearly serious about cancelling. Why add more hoops to jump through?
