I was at CelcomDigi Center at Taipan on Mon 20 July. Iskandar attended to me. Very helpful and able to address all my Qs, w.r.t changing my plan.
Unfortunately, my problem is not solved . I need to go to city centre outlet to fix my problem. But the staff there was very nice and helpful .
I usually don't walk into outlets if i can manage to get it done online. So today i had a superb experience at Taipan outlet with the store manager Mr Ray. Excellent customer service , explaining in detail , super helpful and well-mannered. Appreciate the professionalsm and outstanding services. Highly recommended !
