Staff disini murah senyuman…. Saya dan suami berurusan dgn En Afifi, beliau sangat2 membantu, ramah, dan berpengetahuan.
Very disappointed with the service. The stated closing time is 6:30 PM, but we arrived at 6:00 PM and were not allowed inside. As working adults, it is challenging to arrive earlier since our working hours typically end around 5:30 PM. We made the effort to come as quickly as possible, but were still denied entry. This was quite frustrating.
We have a long waiting times, untrained staff, and unhelpful policies.
very slow service... 30 min 1 no pon xjalan.. makanya no saya ada 5 org di depan.. fuhh memang xdpt tggu lah.. klu kire btl2 30x5=150 min so 2 jam 30 min nk tggu.. so kita blk jela.. kepada celcomdigi please upgrade your service.. tmbhkan staff lg utk handle cust yg ramai.. jangan tahu nk jimat shja!!!
The customer service was very bad. when new customer come for enquiry ..but the way unprofessional serve customer. I was feel dissappointed. I would like to say if your company after sales every customer needs to be serve customer as well. Try do not like to earn customer money only. Please think some parent do not know use Bahasa language how to communicate with you.
