Bad service !!!!!!!!
Very disappointed with the service. The shop closing time is stated as 6:30 PM, but when I arrived before closing, I was told that they had already stopped accepting customers at 6:00 PM. The Chinese male staff informed me of this, but there was no clear notice that customers would not be accepted after 6:00 PM. If the shop stops serving customers at 6:00 PM, I think the operating hours should clearly state this to avoid customers making a wasted trip
Staff sgt rude. Tak nak bagi kerjasama.
Disappointed! Pergi CENTER nak terminate line. Tapi procedure after afew hours mesti kene angkat call utk sahkan. Kalau terlepas call dari pihak celcomedigi, nak kene call helpline or WhatsApp. Menyusahkan. Call helpline, helpline kata sepatutnye boleh je terus tutup dekat center, tapi mungkin mereka nak jaga “kpi”. Procedure korang ni menyusahkan, kalau org tua tak tahu tulis baca macam mana? Tolonglah improve jgn merumitkan.
