Very disappointing experience at this Celcom Centre in Suria Sabah. The service is extremely slow and the waiting time is very long. What frustrated me even more was that I was already in the queue before some other customers, but they were called and attended to earlier than me. Agak mengecewakan apabila apa yang diterangkan dan dipromosikan pada awal untuk melangan contrak tidak sama selepas beberapa bulan. Sebagai pelanggan, memang rasa terkilan dan seolah-olah tertipu.Apabila semuanya sudah dipersetujui dan segala perkara dipromosikan selepas beberapa bulan tidak benar dan kami terpaksa menangung sehingga contrak abis.

The service at CelcomDigi is very, very slow. We waited for almost an hour even though there weren’t many people. It’s really frustrating to wait that long when the store doesn’t seem busy. I hope the service can be improved and customers’ time can be respected.
