i went to cancel a subscription in Dec 2025, and it is still showing up on my bill. and every time i called to ask, they said “next bill cycle”. today - I called again, my 4th / 5th time, and they informed me there was no ticket to block / end the subscription from Dec 2025. am baffled at how the last few calls still resulted in saying “next bill cycle” and could not tell me exactly what was the issue.
I waited for my number 4004 to be called. As soon as it rang, I immediately walked to Counter 5. It took me about a second because I was coming from the opposite branch area, but when I arrived the staff was already speaking to me in a very aggressive and rude tone, saying no one came.
