Tempat dan suasana ok. Cuma nak tunggu no giliran tu terlalu lama. Dalam pemerhatian saya, 1 orang pelanggan memakan masa dalam 15 ke 30 minit seorang. So, kalau nak berurusan disini, datang awal. Khidmat pelanggan memang terbaik. Semuanya mental kuat.
Terrible service. Im currently in a different country and my line has been deactivated when i was trying to make payment a day before. I went to this branch in Miri in December 7th. A lady with a boy cut, said she could only submit a report in early January. She said she will WhatsApp me the result, she never did.
