Very disappointed with CelcomDigi customer service. My line was barred, and I could not use the service for the month of July. I only received incoming calls and did not make any outgoing calls, but I was still charged for the monthly bill. When I contacted customer service, I was told that billing continues during call barring because the line is still active.
