Terrible and slow service. 6 person need 45 minutes. One staff took entire 45 minutes to serve just 1 customer. No wonder celcomdigi is the worst Telco in Malaysia. Avoid at all cost
Fatin Yurika is a gem , great staff
The staff failed to provide clear information regarding my WiFi termination, which resulted in me having to pay the termination fee without prior notice. When I visited the store, the first staff member (who appeared to be a supervisor) came across as arrogant and made no effort to be polite. Although the issue has now been resolved, his attitude was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I have recently applied for a new home wifi. Titi from CelcomDigi Imago branch was very very helpful, gave full explaination clearly about the plan that I'm going to install. Somehow on the day of installation on 3 Mar, there was no wifi after the installation due to CelcomDigi Systems upgrade but Titi assisted me throughrout the next day & managed to speak to Call Center who patiently walked me through to reconnect the internet.
